Ken, a former Air Force Special Ops PJ, retires back to his rural home town with his southern belle wife, Patsy, to live the simple life and run the bar he bought, much to the chagrin of his wife, who thought they were heading to Las Vegas. Not even settled in yet, Ken is approached by his uncle, the County Sheriff, who persuades, actually guilts, Ken to help out on investigations. He reluctantly agrees but tells his uncle it has to be done his way, which is the old cowboy way.
